It’s us, behind every dish
Cristina is in the kitchen, Francesca moves between the dining room and the cellar. We are two sisters and we have always worked together, in a place that is part of our family history.
We are surrounded by a close-knit team that knows the rhythm of the place. We understand each other instantly, we know what to do and how to do it, which is how the work flows smoothly and the atmosphere remains authentic.
