Wine has always been part of our history in the shop.

We have built up an increasingly wide and personal selection, based on meetings with producers, pairings and different traditions.
Today, our wine list features around 700 labels, enabling us to recommend the right wine for every dish.

A significant part of our selection comes from close to home

The Val di Cornia and the hills of Suvereto are an area rich in small wineries that work with great care and attention to quality.
Here you will find wines that reflect the diversity of Tuscany: full-bodied reds, mineral whites and wines that are often produced using organic or natural methods. We collaborate with various local producers because we believe that wine is also a way to learn about and appreciate the area in which we live.

From Italy to Europe

Alongside local producers, over the years we have expanded our selection with labels from other parts of Italy and some European countries.

In our shop you will find wines from Piedmont, France, Austria and Germany, chosen because they represent different traditions and distinctive winemaking styles.

From the table to the bottle to take home

Wine is part of our cuisine and daily life at the shop.

Many customers discover a bottle during dinner and then decide to take it home with them. Others simply come in to choose a good wine to give as a gift or to share at home.
