Our family history

Since 1912, we have been cooking up stories in a shop that has become our home.

It all began in a small shop over a hundred years ago, and over time, that small space grew along with us.
It remained alive because it represented a point of reference for those seeking authenticity.

Over time, it first became a trattoria and then a restaurant: a true meeting place and place of discovery, where people find authentic flavors, Tuscan ingredients, and the strength of a family history that still accompanies us today.

We have known each other for a long time and, for this very reason, we know what we like to do and what we do best. As a result, we work in greater harmony and are able to convey naturalness in everything we do.
